Terms & Conditions

These terms describe how engagements with Digitize Solution operate, including monthly capacity, the waiting list and Digi Membership.

Monthly capacity

Digitize Solution accepts a maximum of 22 standard client projects per calendar month. When capacity is reached, further requests are placed on a waiting list and confirmed in the order received.

Digi Membership

DIGI MEMS members may submit up to 10 projects per month with priority handling. DIGI KINGS members additionally receive dedicated project management and highest priority. Membership requests are managed separately from the standard monthly limit. Memberships are capped and non-transferable.

Scope and quotations

Prices shown on this website are starting points. A final quotation is issued after a discovery call and confirms deliverables, revision rounds and timelines for your engagement.

Delivery and revisions

Timelines begin once the brief, assets and any agreed deposit are received. Revision rounds are defined in your quotation. Delays in feedback may shift delivery dates.

Ownership

Final approved deliverables transfer to the client on full payment. Working files, unused concepts and internal tooling remain the property of Digitize Solution unless agreed otherwise in writing.
